What to Bring

1 of the following Valid & Current types of Photo ID

• State issues Driver's License or Photo ID

• Passport

 

Do NOT sign or date the documents before you are in the presence of the notary.

 

The Fee for notary is $5.00 per seal, as regulated by the state of Pennsylvania. An additional clerical fee of $3.00 is charged per notary seal.
